Lindsey dealt with us in a very friendly, calm and compassionate way. She guided us through all the necessary decisions and paperwork ensuring we were kept informed efficiently throughout.
We also dealt with Jodi, who was very supportive, reassuring and caring at the crematorium, she imparted a real feeling of dignity to the ceremony.
The whole experience went very smoothly, it was a real celebration of Mum's life. If Mum could've been there, she would have had a great time and you can't say better than that.
In closing, it was a real pleasure meeting and dealing with Lindsey, Jodi and Kevin, they were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Lindsey was brilliant at co-ordinating all the many aspects involved in the day and this helped us to say goodbye to dad in the way we had wished for. Jodie and her team were also superb. The funeral felt very personal, almost as if they had known dad, and we were guided through the day with a calm kindness, warmth and anticipation of our feelings in any given moment. Heartfelt thanks for looking after mum, and now dad, so beautifully.
